{"id":247,"date":"2015-11-10T07:15:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T07:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iesazcona.org\/?p=247"},"modified":"2025-10-28T18:47:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T18:47:07","slug":"documentos-de-centro2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iesazcona.org\/?p=247","title":{"rendered":"Documentos del Centro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/cabecera%20documentos.jpg\" alt=\"cabecera documentos\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cada instituto de educaci\u00f3n secundaria concretar\u00e1 su modelo de funcionamiento en el proyecto educativo, en el reglamento de organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento y en el proyecto de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto educativo, el reglamento de organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento y el proyecto de gesti\u00f3n constituyen el Plan de Centro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Plan de Centro, que tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter plurianual, obligar\u00e1 a todo el personal del instituto y vincular\u00e1 a la comunidad educativa del mismo. Se podr\u00e1 actualizar o modificar, en su caso, tras los procesos de autoevaluaci\u00f3n, o a propuesta del director o directora en funci\u00f3n de su proyecto de direcci\u00f3n. El Plan de Centro ser\u00e1 p\u00fablico y se facilitar\u00e1 su conocimiento por la comunidad educativa y la ciudadan\u00eda en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto educativo constituye las se\u00f1as de identidad del instituto y expresa la educaci\u00f3n que desea y va a desarrollar en unas condiciones concretas, por lo que deber\u00e1 contemplar los valores, los objetivos y las prioridades de actuaci\u00f3n; en dicho proyecto se especifican aspectos como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Objetivos propios para la mejora del rendimiento escolar y la continuidad del alumnado en el sistema educativo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u00edneas generales de actuaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los criterios pedag\u00f3gicos para la determinaci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos de coordinaci\u00f3n docente del centro y del horario de dedicaci\u00f3n de las personas responsables de las mismos para la realizaci\u00f3n de sus funciones, de conformidad con el n\u00famero total de horas que, a tales efectos, se establezca por Orden de la persona titular de la Consejer\u00eda competente en materia de educaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los procedimientos y criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n del alumnado y titulaci\u00f3n del alumnado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La forma de atenci\u00f3n a la diversidad del alumnado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La organizaci\u00f3n de las actividades de recuperaci\u00f3n para el alumnado con materias pendientes de evaluaci\u00f3n positiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plan de orientaci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n tutorial.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El procedimiento para suscribir compromisos educativos y de convivencia con las familias.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plan de convivencia<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plan de formaci\u00f3n del profesorado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los procedimientos de evaluaci\u00f3n interna.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los criterios para establecer los agrupamientos del alumnado y la asignaci\u00f3n de las tutor\u00edas<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los criterios para determinar la oferta de materias optativas y, en su caso, el proyecto integrado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los planes estrat\u00e9gicos<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #222222;
